    Create your own presentation using the all properties.

  • Step 1 : Draw a simple doodle. Students can draw the doodle in any of the following ways:

    Tux Paint

    Use their own photo for the activity

    Use a scanned image of a hand drawn doodle

    Download a doodle or image from the internet



  • Step 2: Animate the simple doodle and create an animation file using

  • Teacher Instruction
    1. Create a ‘Birds’ folder in your PC and place images of a few birds in this folder to make them available for the students while doing the exercise.
    2. Even if it takes time, make the students type the text.
    3. Presentation can be in english or in tamil.
    4. Use the words “font work gallery”,“Properties”, “Master pages”, “Custom animation”, “Slide transition”,“hyperlink”,“interaction”, etc. While teaching the students need to become familiar with these words.
    5. Using Tux Paint is optional—students can draw on paper or use downloaded images.
    6. Encourage students to experiment with different types of drawings. For example, ask them to create doodles without hands or legs and observe how this affects the animation output.
    7. Guide students to carefully observe how their simple drawings are transformed into animated characters, and encourage them to reflect on this process.
